The Chamber is a vertically oriented home. It's a 'home' which finds its place in the cosmos through the operation of four sliding walls. Its walls slide up and down to play with the threshold by turning a wheel, one for each wall, directed North, East, South, and West. Movement is achieved with human power only. As a morning ritual, one can slowly connect with the cosmos in each geographic direction by moving the walls one by one.
